I just recently moved from the town over, and had to get all my prescriptions transferred over from my old publix to this one. the staff is very nice and even offered to help me figure out what publix my prescription was accidentally sent to, they are always very kind and considerate. But, it is extremely hard to get a hold of them over the phone. It doesn't matter when I call them (I've tried right when they open to right before they close), I very rarely get a hold of them. I've called them about 20 times in the span of the last 8 months and I have only gotten through to them once. Even when leaving a message, I will never get a call back. Now, this wouldn't be a problem if I only had one prescription, I could just walk in and ask for a refill. But when you have upwards of 8 meds, 2 of which are extremely important to always have, it makes it very difficult and time consuming to go in 8 times a month (when I don't even shop at publix) just to request them to refill it, and then go back again to pick it up. Other than that they are a wonderful pharmacy, but for me, not getting through to them is a deal breaker.

Every time I go to this pharmacy there is a wait, or they mess up my prescription. I don't care if I walk in or go through the drive through. I would expect Publix to do better. They are convenient to my home otherwise I'd fill somewhere else. I dropped off a prescription yesterday and it's just now ready 36 hours later.
