Positive: Easy to get to Negative: Very dated. Exterior was very run down.

For the price, we thought it was fine. There were some issues, but as broke college kids on a roadtrip, it was fine for 2 nights. Pros: Clean with no bugs, heater was working and warm, management was very nice and helpful Cons: The front door had no weatherstripping on it so we had to shove a towel under it, shower ran out of hot water in 5 minutes, mattress was very lopsided.

Absolute dump. No bedbugs but there were various unexplained stains on the 20yr old mattress. Tried 4 different outlets and none would charge a phone. It's cheap I guess

I stayed here 1 night on a road trip from Omaha, NE to San Antonio, TX. I typically pay $60-80 for a room, i.e. the lowest priced, and was a big skeptical when I saw $53. It was a Thu night, so not being the weekend yet prob helped. But I went for it, and it was the best $53 I ever spent! From the outside I'd say it looked pretty average, but once I stepped inside, everything in the room was new! Or at least newish. The room, and the bathroom, was nice and big, roomy, spacious as well. I liked the color of the bluegreen tile in the bathroom too. I tried to set up my drive back to where I could stay here again, I was even prepared to spend more if need be, but that ended up not working out.
