I'm not really sure what exactly changes y'all have made to Burger King in Emporia, but I do know that from a year ago even Burger King is now so significantly better. The staff are way more friendly. Food's getting out food is being handed out correctly and cooked correctly. The pace of service has picked up drastically. I am overall very very impressed by this complete turn around. Keep up the good work. And also shout out to management especially the assistant DeeDee for such friendly customer service. Your listening skills were on point and you made me smile. ☺️

The floor was so sticky 😫, food is not the same,chicken nuggets were so hard. Dr pepper was weak tasting. Gross 😝 sorry Burger King

They're dealing with short staff right now but David working there did everything to get us some food. Food was great and hope they find more Davids. Give that man a raise and whoever was helping tonight. We will go back because this customer service and care
