The beach venue and Bohemia Overlook is the absolute perfect venue if you are looking for amazing views, an open space and an amazing backdrop for photos and video! It brings the beach to you without the drive! We loved working with Denise and all the wonderful employees at BO! Everyone we encountered was nice and professional. My girls and I could have stayed in the beach house getting ready for a legit vacation getaway and our guys had the best day in the Barracks enjoying the house games (and some cold beverages!) We are incredibly grateful to Bohemia Overlook for giving us the day we always pictured we’d have with our family and friends!

Exceptional! We selected the Manor House venue, and had our ceremony on the bluff. The views and scenery were absolutely gorgeous. The Manor, where the bridal party spent the morning prepping, was beautifully appointed with sweeping views of the river. In addition, the reception tent was lovely as well with the chandelier and string lights. During the reception, we snuck out to the vineyard for more photos. It was just as gorgeous there. We received countless compliments on our choice of venue. We highly recommend!!!

Beautiful venue. Sights were nice. It was raining the day we went for a wedding but everything was still beautiful.

The most breath taking venue out there! We got married on 6/10/22 at The Manor and we (and) our guests can't stop talking about how beautiful it was. It's beautiful stand alone, but add your touches to it and the place becomes magical. We even had a bald eagle land in the tree and hang out for most of the day when we were getting ready in The Manor, it was so cool! Stephanie was fantastic as a wedding venue coordinator. She was super responsive to my questions and emails and she stepped up in many ways for Drew and I the day of our wedding. Denise was also a big help alongside Stephanie. They are there for you to make your wedding dreams happen! I definitely recommend booking this venue!
