Worst place by far since they got new management been horrible she don't know how to talk to customers then threatens them when they scheduled a pickup for August 19th then don't show up so I go on vacation now I'm getting threats that I'm going to jail and better save my vacation money to get bailed out and then told I can't afford the payment like excuse me you don't know me nor my finances sorry I'm not paying 158 dollars for a TV and bunk bed for a week when I can go to Aaron's And paid for a bigger TV and better bed and only pay 150 a month so go to Aaron's people in Newark they will help not ignorant and better prices

Charges 5x normal retail. Rent to own is 97% impossible the customer misses a payment and lose all invested money and the rental property. Credit cards are better. They will negotiate at least.

So rent a center brought out a washer and dryer to my home. They first brought the dryer up and it didn't work so they took it back to the store and came back with another one that doesn't work and dropped the washer on my engineered flooring leaving a large gouge in it. They refused to send a licensed and insured contractor out to look at it. They want to send some guy to fix it that isn't. And won't go with either of the 2 quotes I gave them from licensed and insured company's that were out here and looked at it! Do not purchase anything from them because they don't care enough about damage they cause to your home! Do you think they care about the products they give to you as well!? No they don't because we still have a washer and dryer that don't work!
