It was busy and having a DT I such a small establishment seems to make things slower and more chaotic. If there is a system to be efficient and utilize the DT while maintaining walk in customers, the store was unaware or unable to follow it. Customer service was decent but could have been a little more welcoming and personable. Decent sandwich though!

We ordered 2 Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwiches, and a Steak & Cheese sandwich through the drive thru. The worker asked if we wanted grilled or rotisserie chicken, we have never been asked this before at a subway, it was a nice option to be asked. We stated grilled chicken. We ordered all of the toppings for the sandwiches. When we paid for the order we were using a coupon for $17.99 for 3 footlongs. We were told the total was $23.86, which seemed high. When we received the receipt we noticed that instead of ringing up the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwiches, the sandwiches were rang up as Grilled Chicken sandwiches with an added total of $2 per sandwich for bacon. When I pointed out that the sandwiches were rang up wrong the cashier proceeded to tell me he did not have a button for the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. However, I understand that menus change but when someone orders a sandwich that is on the menu then that is what should be entered. When cashier could not give us a straight answer on the change and never offered to get a manager or help to figure out the issue. Also, if the Chicken bacon ranch sandwich does not come with the option of different styles of chicken, make sure when you offer it let the customer know it will be an additional cost. I attempted to call the subway store on the evening and day after the visit, but no one answered. I also attempted to call customer service for corporate but again received a voicemail that stated customer service is online. I submitted a comment to their customer service number and received the email attached.

This is the second footlong I tried with 1 month between visits. WILL NOT return. This is when I asked for extra of spinach, tomato,and black olives. No salt and pepper and that as well was supposed to be extra. Had to combine ingredients to make a half way decent 6in, after paying the footlong price. Waiting for corporate to email me back......I might wait a life time. Ridiculous company and franchise for aure

This subway has zero business having a drive thru. They need to atleast upgrade it to the touchscreens. And the workers are horrible. Have fun waiting an hour.

That I have no clue about that is ridiculous. In all the years I have been going there they always have bread. I would talk to the manager invthe morning she will get down to it a find out why. You might get a free sandwich out of the deal.
