Gm. I called your organization a woman answered the phone but she only speaks Spanish and she is rude. I asked to speak to someone else she says no. This person is the help coordinator. When you provide help you see it all the way through. She put me on hold. I asked if I could speak with the pastor or someone in administrative offices that can understand me. This is by far the worst experience I have had in an environment that should help ALL not just Spanish individuals. I called a second time and got another woman that was just as rude. They are so rude I asked to speak to the pastor she says she is in a meeting. The county gives resources through this organization(501c3)It is disheartening. I will reach out to the county and report my concern (CODOSS) I refuse to be negatively provoked by your staff. I refuse to argue you supply resources in this community.

I'm an outside observer but the church is always busy. Before Covid19 they offered river dance basketball programs for the youth. And they have a daycare program for toddlers. Sometimes the parents drive fast in the parking so the apt building next to the church installed speed bumps.
