I bought several thousand in speakers here. I had a great experience. Just as a lot of these people did... But Months later i came back and was looking to buy a cheapo dj board. They were about 45% more expensive than Amazon first of all additionally when i asked the sales rep about returns he was very rude, he told me if i "was a real pro i would buy it there and wouldn't need to bring it back " litterally had no idea what this meant. I won't be back. Id recommend checking out bills music store. Definitely ask about returns before buying from chuck levins , at least for the pro audio section

Thanks for asking! We are still trying to keep things as safe as possible for our customers and staff. All customers and staff are required to wear masks or face coverings while inside our buildings. We are taking temperatures at the door and ask all customers to use hand sanitizer before entering and handling the equipment. We are limiting the number of customers by department so that everyone can maintain proper social distancing, so there may be a line at the door at times. Chuck Levin's Washington Music Center is closed on Labor Day Sept 5th.

They used a freight company called distribution by air for my order because it was a very large order and it got to me fast customer service from the freight company was top knotch 👍

Either call the store or if it's a rare set of parts, check on eBay. Chuck's may be able to get it if they don't have, so check. They have good pricing so worth looking into.
