I bought several thousand in speakers here. I had a great experience. Just as a lot of these people did... But Months later i came back and was looking to buy a cheapo dj board. They were about 45% more expensive than Amazon first of all additionally when i asked the sales rep about returns he was very rude, he told me if i "was a real pro i would buy it there and wouldn't need to bring it back " litterally had no idea what this meant. I won't be back. Id recommend checking out bills music store. Definitely ask about returns before buying from chuck levins , at least for the pro audio section
Man i have been shopping there since. 1973.. in all that time costumer satisfaction has been there No. 1 motto. So yea if its not right or you have questions change of mind or just trying to figure out your purchase these guys will work with you đŸ’¯.
The staff there - all musicians, many pros - will take the time to find you what you need, based on your experience, plans and budget. If you listen to them, you probably won't need to return anything.
They will work with you to keep you as a customer no matter what..
...never had to....!
Yes if the instrument or other product is in its original condition and accompanied by a sales slip.
Never had to return anything to Chucks.
Depends pn what it is.
I also have never needed to, but I've seen folks do it. My expediency is that the better Salesforce at Chuck Levin's has talked me out of buying things I don't need. At GC, they talk me into them (so I no longer shop there)...
Yes, but call first!
