Due to my prior experiences with certain individuals in law enforcement, and also the situations that are posted on the internet - I regret to say that I’m really not a fan. However... I had a recent encounter that gave me a different perspective, and I feel those types of things should be exposed to give a balance. Won’t get into too many details,but CPL Justice is a very good person. I feel safe knowing guys like him are responsible for upholding the law, and we truly need more people like him.

Hello everyone, We as a community a blessed and privleged to have CPL, Payne/DSP Troop 1. Today, CPL, Payne went beyond the call of duty to deescalate a situation where a student had threatened the safety of my school bus other students and myself. He showed the highest level of professionalism and I thank him for that. Honestly, he did save lives today plain and simple and I'll leave it at that. Thanks again CPL, Payne for all that you do.
