DON'T GO WITH SAFELITE! I have used them once before and should've known better than to use them again... The first time they rescheduled me a total of 4 times due to them "breaking the glass in transit." When I finally it replaced, my windshield broke not even 6 months later... Well, now the second time, they claimed to break my glass in transit a total of TWO TIMES, and kept adding a week onto my repair time! It's hurricane season in Florida so this is unacceptable. Safelite, why can't you stop breaking glass? GET IT TOGETHER. So unprofessional! I ended up going with AT HOME AUTO GLASS in Sarasota. They got me on the books for the NEXT DAY, and said they didn't understand why Safelite kept rescheduling me so far out when my windshield was fully in stock at warehouses... BEWARE OF SAFELITE

Can't get thru unless you go online, I had a simple question but could not get an answer, very small chip. I guess they got to big to give out personal attention, It was a major turn off to me to be told by an automated machine to go to their website for everything. no one on one experience anymore. very disappointed 😞 I went to another shop and they fixed my small chip within the hour. Safelite just wants insurance jobs. I didn't have comprehensive so I paid out of pocket but my windshields fixed and I'm Happy. but Safelite was useless...

We did that and the Rep does not know what is going on. I am the guy w/the Land Rover Defender and your guy brought out the wrong windshield this week and I was told I would get a call- no one called. I am trying to find out from the local office whats going on with the windshield and your system set up a new appointment for next week and you do not have the correct windshield. Look at your records and since you guys do not answer the phones, call us to tell us what is going on. Posting on Google is a terrible way to communicate.
