You can buy some magic erasers. Thr mr clean ones. Get a good glass cleaner. Spray and scrub it. Then wash it off. Repeat process as needed but 1 time should work (safelite technician)
It has to wash itself off.
Unfortunately I don't know the answer to that. Did you call Safelite?
