Would leave less than zero if it was possible. The office couldn’t open on time because the doctor was running late. Once in a room the nurse wrote my vitals and my answers to her questions on a napkin. She asked me the same questions 3 times over. She never gave the napkin to the doctor on her way in so I had to go through the same explanation and questioning again. The doctor look about 30 seconds to examine me before diagnosing me with a cold. Two days later I was coughing up blood. Turns out it was more than a cold- maybe she would have seen that if she spent a full minute checking. I was one of three people there, right when it opened, so it’s not like the place was busy. Unprofessional and incompetent.

Came here today with food poisoning-like symptoms. Waiting is ridiculously long, and reception personnel was exceptionally rude. Sounded like she didn’t want to be bothered and just wanted to finish the shift and go home. Is this URGENT care? Nothing urgent about any of the behavior and system I witnessed. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
