The recycling guys keep destroying my recycling bins. Last one was progressively beaten and shattered by them throwing it onto the side of the road. Recently got a tough Rubbermaid one with an attached lid - their manhandling of it has knocked the lid off the hinges and I don’t know what they did with it. Getting very frustrated with buying new containers every couple months.

The guys were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond by smoothing out the bottom of my driveway, in addition to the street.

By far the worst customer service ever. They should be ashamed of themselves the way they take care of the town of maplewood

This is the second snow in a row (dated Feb 17) that I’ve shovel d the snow from my sidewalk at 608 Ridgewood Road and found the street plow had gone too quickly down Ridgewood Road and my walk and my neighbors’ walks got covered by snow from the street. I’ve never had this problem during the past seven years and this must be stopped. I’m considering reducing my property tax payment by $50 for each time this occurs unless the problem is remidied. Thank you for your attention to this complaint.
