I see all these negative reviews but I had an excellent experience. I called the number from the web and Toni picked up the phone on the 2nd ring. She was very polite and professional and handled my problem.

The worst of the worst they do not answer the phone and do not answer the dial because of the covid. Anyway, years ago I paid a ticket and I can't get my license because of the tickets that don't appear paid but I paid them 10 years ago 😠. but they have the faya but the injured party is one that kind of justice ⚖ 👎

Usually, you go to the court and ask for a disposition, at least in NY. Not sure about here in NJ. You might also have to pay a fee for the disposition.

You can call the court but you have a better chance just going there in person.
