Good over the top shakes. What surprised me was how fast we got our order considering the number of people. Employees could be a little more friendly, but the shakes were good. It is a convenient location and just north of it on the side of the road was a long strip to park a vehicle with a trailer.

Keep driving and go elsewhere. After waiting in line for 45 we got to the front and were told they would be back in a minute. Window was closed and the person taking our order left to go talk with friends. We then stood in line for another 15 minutes while the entire crew working stood around! Literally you could see inside and they all stood around 6 of them. Looking at what I appeared to be the new schedule. Not matter where you go you have to wait in line but I recommend going somewhere that values their customers a little more. The food was not worth the wait.

Go to Merlin’s if you want a decent sized shake right across the road. Hometown claims to do over the top shakes but ours didn’t even reach the top of the cup. We saw people leaving Merlin’s with much bigger cups and the ice cream was above the top of the cup. And the food to feed my family of 4 was over $70. Overpriced and I’m underwhelmed to say the least.

One of the only places open on Sunday here. Not my usual stop. Definitely glad we tried it. Their raspberry shakes are great. The line on a Sunday took about 20 minutes but was well worth it. After the order it took 5 minutes and we were living our shakes. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Bear Lake.
