Living here is no good. Management never wants to take a look and fix any maintenance or work orders placed. The day I moved in one of the leasing agents made a walk through with me and saw the issues without pointing them out. Once I pointed them out, they responded with it’s not a big deal. I placed a work order and was reassured work orders would be placed as well through them. It has been five months and not a single thing has been fixed. These are tiny things such as the mesh door for the balcony being broken off and holes in the refrigerator drawers. I have not used my refrigerator either for the same reason it lingers with dirty smells after continuos cleaning and the doors have to be lifted if needed opened. My trash is thrown out by me otherwise it can sit up to two weeks out in the hall way leaving nasty smells. I have not received mail due to the fact that someone continues to tell the post office I don’t live in the apartments. Overall, management does not care for the tenants after they move in.

Just moved in here not even three weeks ago dishwasher is backing up with dead roaches in it. Not even just that they moved me into a dirty apartment that smelled like straight grease turns out they didn’t even clean the stove or anything which this is a fire hazard with all this grease, the fridge was completely disgusting and half broke. Roaches are coming out clearly they isn’t shy an they spray painted over dead roaches but left them there.

We no longer live here thankfully! But ill share my experience because it was terrible. Upon move in our front door and bedroom door had the handles mixed leading to us not being able to properly lock the front door. As well as our sliding balcony door visibly coming out of the wall and there was a gap between the sliding door and the frame which allowed bugs in and was an issue our entire stay bar the last two weeks. After that we found out the main toilet leaked everytime we flushed and the master shower would not drain. Eventually the master toilet wouldn't flush. We moved in April and these tree things got fixed in October. At some point during the summer when we had bad storms with high winds our entire sliding door (the two glass panels) fell inward from the frame and into our living room. We had to prop it back up ourselves because their 24 hour maintenance does not answer. After that our AC went out and didn't get fixed for a month so our newborn was given to a family friend because it was that hot in our apartment. When we went to investigate ourselves (we know someone who works in heating and cooling) we discovered that the vent was full of fur and dirt and had to be scrubbed. There also wasn't a filter in it which was the issue. In October we contacted management and gave them a list of the issues (of which we emailed and called about when we initially noticed them too) and asked it to be resolved before mid November otherwise we would involve health department and legally withhold rent. They served us with a 30 day eviction notice and then tried to charge us for the month the wanted us out on the first of. All in all this place sucks and I should've known better because it's always sucked but it's one of the cheapest 2 bedrooms around

Worst place to live EVER. Number one the place is FILTHY, not well kept at all. The walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING. Whenever something goes wrong the office staff takes FOREVER to respond like to get anything fixed. No laundry, at all. Was so excited to get some put into this place but the door to get into the laundry room has been locked for months, huge inconvenience and I have been here close to a year. 0/10 do NOT recommend living here. It is terrible.
