Beware of this place. It is no longer a Quinta Hotel but a Shelter. If you are a Whyndham member they basically do not care. You have to cancel your reservation and find a new place. They do not relocate you or compensate you for the inconvenience. Very disappointed about the terrible work ethics.

Very slow check in, but they were very busy with only one person working on a Saturday concert night. Facility was clean and the rooms were very roomy. The chlorine in the pool was horrible though. Housekeeping was struggling to keep up, management needs to step up and help out.

Not the best La Quinta I've stayed in, not even close. Staff was very nice, our room was less so. Bed felt like a hospital bed that had gotten stuck where the middle drops down. Completely broken. If it was a spring mattress, then every last spring was compressed, because you couldn't feel any, for better or worse. Bathroom shower needs updating. Ours had a vertical metal bar, assumedly to assist people, right by the shower head area where one stands. I'm not a big person and I kept slamming my arms or hips into it. Not enough space to shower. Mold in the caulking. Just the whole room needed a general update. Also, not a big deal, but there was no bag for dirty laundry in our room. Again, very nice staff. Good parking lot. Just the hotel itself that lacks. Oh, and the walls were SUPER thin. Could hear neighbors and noise from parking lot.

The hotel is nice. It is a little older, but they have worked to update it. Our room was plenty big with a nice little sitting area, and had a microwave and mini fridge (great for saving of food costs). The pool was big and we'll kept. The breakfast had a lot to choose from: cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, toast, muffins, and few others. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.
