Located down the street from the Omaha airport, in the historically quirky accident called Carter Lake, Iowa, this property is a very nice facility to stay in. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the lobby is pleasingly inviting. The breakfast was the usual meh. I've never had a Great breakfast at a free hotel breakfast bar, so I never expect much. This one measured up to that standard. The property has an airport shuttle, which I didn't know until a couple days into my stay. It would be nice if I didn't have to go request fresh towels every 3rd day, but I guess no room cleaning is our new normal in the hotel industry.

Perfect location within 2-3 minutes from both the airport and downtown Omaha with reliable shuttle service to the airport. The staff here is extremely customer-focused, welcoming and accommodating. On a recent business trip, my colleagues and I arrived earlier than our assigned check-in, yet the front desk clerk Carly S. took care of us and got us into rooms promptly. She even gave us an excellent recommendation for a local restaurant, including drink coupons. The Manager, Alayna C., runs an excellent operation and was similarly helpful and service-oriented. It is clear that she and her staff care about and value customers. This hotel is new, modern, quiet, safe and super clean. Highly recommended for business travelers in and around Omaha.

Positive: The location was great. Breakfast was good as well. I was able to get a late checkout to finish my teleconference. Negative: Requested a room away from the elevator due a teleconference & was told I wasn't by the elevator at check-in. My room was literally the first room from the elevator, rm 313. She wouldn't move me. In-room wifi didnt work. Sheets were dirty, changed myself.

Great staff who was very accommodating when some technology was not working. But the staff accommodated us well to resolve the minor mix up. Highly recommend this location for the easy of airport parking and security of bright lights in the parking lot. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Only thing, if you would like multiple towels, may need to ask as we only had two very small towels for our party of 2. Overall- great hotel with great staff, absolutely excellent customer service.
