I was coming in to my hometown Omaha with my son for my grandpa's funeral, all the places were booked or too high because of the college world series. When I arrived in the room, I noticed it was very dusty like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, the room wasn't set up for the next person, I had to go ask for things, and the bathroom was very dirty. There was hair everywhere and pee stains on the toilet seat itself. She said she was trying to contact the maid service and they never came. I was very uncomfortable having my son there. There was also not much they offered either, the pool was under maintenance (which was understandable), the atm was broken, and the vending machine was completely empty so we went without for the night. I paid $216 for this stay and I'm really upset about that. This was not a a great stay whatsoever. I had to clean the bathroom myself because I luckily had Dawn soap with me.

Pool closed for “maintenance,” 1st room not cleaned, second room had no air conditioning and mold in bathroom. 3rd room had no toilet paper on the roller and bath mat was dirty; room smelled musty. A/C worked and bed comfortable. Will not stay here again.

Actually didn't stay. I booked online and when I arrived they wanted $150 incidental fees. I was traveling for a funeral already didn't have that kind of $$. Stayed at the one in Omaha which didn't require any of that. The front desk person was very nice, she understood.

We didn't know that they allowed animals. They booked us into a room with kibble in the corners, fur on the bedspread, and the underside of the chair was shredded and hanging. Carpet was filthy, decor was old and worn. Continental breakfast was very limited. Only hot thing was a waffle iron to make a waffle. Cheap room, though, if that's all you care about. Won't be returning. Walls were very thin...could hear toliets flushing above and beside our room. Girls at the desk were pleasant.
