The quality of their products is excellent. The service is not a 4 or 5, or is 5, because they are understaffed and clients have to wait ti be helped, longer than appropriate for their type of business. Their prices are high. The administration is lacking. Early in the day, clients were waiting to purchase chlorine, their best seller by far, because they were running very low on it. To me, it makes sense that you should do whatever it takes and plan ahead to never run out of what most clients come to the store to purchase.
