We made an appointment for my wife and they said they had called us advising that appointment was moved to a month later. We never received a call and they waited 45 minutes after check in and paperwork to advise we have no appointment. Terrible experience.

Rude staff person on the phone called me to confirm my appointment and before I can even process that they had the wrong date even though I have a confirmation email stating it’s today and made me stay back from work on the wrong day, she’s like “hello? Hello? You coming or not?” Lack of professionalism.

It is incredible the absurd wait of this place, the attitude of the receptionists and nurses is horrible. Please note that you will wait approximately 4 hours for a five-minute consultation. don't trust your doctor if he tells you to keep waiting for a lab; ask at least 3 people to make sure if you need them or else add two more hours to the wait so that in the end they tell you that you don't need them. You can see the lack of communication between everyone there. If I could give them a zero I definitely would.
