Walked into the place walked around for about 10 min. NO One spoke to me or asked if they could help me. There were TWO people behind the counter one looked up and them continued with his nose to the computer. A man walked in and immediate hello. They had what I was for (I think) but customer service is everything to me and they had none!!

Giving 2 stars only because Caleb has been great. Unfortunately I had to deal with the other gentleman at the counter my past 2 visits. Because of him I am choosing to take my business elsewhere. Caleb helped my choose a front bumper and got me all set and was very helpful in the process as I really wasn't sure what I wanted. He was very patient in helping me. When I went to drop my Jeep off for it to be installed Caleb wasn't there and I had to deal with the other guy at the counter. When I went to pick up my jeep after the work was complete I asked if they could please show me how to use my winch as I had never had one before. The gentleman told me that he could't because he was in a boot and I would have to wait until I brought it back in a week. I explained that we were getting ready to go on vacation and do some wheeling and would really like to go over it. Really you can't take 5 minutes to show me!!! The other gentleman at the counter could see my frustration and took me out and showed me. I took my jeep back in yesterday to have the front bumper checked as they advised me. I asked them if they could rotate the tires while they had it back there. When I went to pick up the jeep after the work was done I asked if they did the 5 tire rotation and he assured me that they had. I had also mention that I had a clanking sound and he told me it was my D ring and that I needed to tighten my winch cable so he went out to help me with that. Mind you my tires were brand new. When I looked at my spare tire I could tell that it was brand new and clearly had not been rotated! I should have asked for half my money back as they half way did the work I paid for! You need more Calebs at your front counter. This gentleman that helped me needs to work on his customer service skills!

I tried to get an estimate on an install of a hornblasters train horn spare tire mounted kit.. was quoted 8 hrs for a 4 hr job..( which 4hr install is agreed by other owners and manufacturer )which equaled out double the price it should be..it would cost the same as it did to buy it .. I would definitely recommend price shopping elsewhere before you come here because they aparently are ripping people off and do not care..

Visited the Overland Park location looking for replacement Velcro strips for my truck bed tonneau cover. Caleb inspected the parts on my truck, recognized it as a warranty item and immediately contacted Truxedo. He handled all the details with the Truxedo representative and arranged for the replacement parts to be shipped directly to me. Parts arrived yesterday and I installed today. I'm very satisfied with the parts and impressed with Caleb's customer service.
