I am writing this on behalf of my mom - Mimi Rys. It is extremely difficult to get a prescription refilled. I spoke with two ppl to get my prescription refill sent to the pharmacy and they stated they would make sure it would get done. It didnt!! Twice, I had to call and now when I'm going to run out of my insulin she has an out of office message that she is out until November 29th? Nobody to call or help with this unless I have an emergency then call 911. This has happened at least 3 times over the last 3 years so I guess shame on me for trusting that a Dr. will send a refill to a pharmacy or that anyone at that office seems to care.
