They helped us out of a rather sticky situation related to some traffic citations. While other attorneys may have been able to get the same result, the cost associated and imposed by the judge would have been much higher. I will continue to count on DCL in every situation. Your team is top notch and I couldn’t have asked for better support. Much appreciated!

Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and, respectful law firm. Throughout a difficult process, Chris, Dale, and the rest of the staff at Dale Carson Law treated both me and my family with honesty and genuine integrity; while representing me with care and consideration. Chris advocated effectively for me, was easy to talk to, and set realistic expectations along the way in helping us reach resolution in the matter. Thank you

They went out of their way to help us out when they really didn't need to. We were previously misinformed by another firm that points were involved with our citations so we were going to waste money on legal services we really didn't need. Just needed to pay the tickets. Jackie was very helpful and saved us from spending money on unnecessary legal services. Thank you. Very professional, helpful and kind customer service.

Questions & Answers

Hi Dale. We have enjoyed your interviews over the years. Currently, we live in Everett, WA and are moving soon to Pensacola, FL. Would you recommend to us a couple of successful Self Defense attorneys in the Pensacola area?

I saw their video on YouTube and have had Messenger contact with this law firm. They are not just putting out an "advertising video". They are truly for real ... concerned and caring people. I highly recommend them.

Hi,Chris! the question is: if the attorney want to get from Court(judge or prosecutor) some documents/ Should hi makes a written request or ask over the phone? And how long it will take to get some documents from the court-a day, a week, a month?

Who do I contact concerning a domestic case, in which I was the victim, for answers to why an officer , who was never present, can write a police report making the incident seem as if it was not a big issue when it was

If there is a pending case, your best contact point is likely to be the Assistant State Attorney that is handling the case. He/she will have direct access to the officer who generated the report. The prosecutor will almost certainly reach out to you anyways, as the victim in a domestic assault or battery is generally a party who has a say in how the case proceeds. If there is no pending case, you should call the agency who investigated and ask to speak with the officer or his/her supervisor.
