I just moved into 220 Riverside this week, and I continue to be impressed by the top notch quality in everything from the amenities to the associates at the front desk. The whole apartment complex is extremely clean and well kept, the infinity edge pool is beautiful, and my unit was sparkling clean at move in. I worked with Sam Weaver when touring, onboarding, and move in and she has been extremely helpful to bring me the smoothest transition possible. Looking forward to exploring everything that 220 and the city of Jacksonville have to offer!

The maintenance staff at 220 is great! This past week I had an issue with my freezer and washing machine. Dennis came by the same day I submitted my request and fixed my freezer and troubleshooted the washing machine. Since the washing machine could not be easily repaired, he replaced the washing machine the next day. Thanks Dennis!

I've lived at 220 Riverside Ave for 3 years. The location is great and the staff are super helpful. Sam hosts fun events like the wine tasting event last month and the maintenance staff take care of issues even on their day off. Great place to live! PS. Dylan apologizes for his high pitch voice ;)

Base rent plus Uverse SD, valet trash 5 nights a week, pest control and water are aditional fees that are added but are part of rent. Great friendly manager and staff are like family! Great community, events, amenities, views and location.
