We visited this place in mid of June. It was sunny and pretty windy and chilly. We loved this place. There beach is serene, there is a playground for kids, and couple of walking trails as well. There is a nice boat launch area. We didn't camp but I have heard great things about camping in this state park. The convenience store had some hot food and great ice-creams!

Its a beautiful place 2hrs drive from Seattle Drive to this place is so amazing. Lots of camping space along with day campers too. Have a beach for swimming and kayaking. Rental kayak is available onsite for a reasonable price. I like the store onsite for anything necessary. Restrooms are clean. There is a volleyball court and children’s play area. Saw a heating room for winter.you can get wood over the store. Shelter picnic is available too.

Even in the Smarch weather this lake is stunning. Clean bathrooms and dogs are allowed on a leash. Either have a discover pass or pay for the day.

It’s absolutely breathtaking on a sunny day. We camped there in July and went back there again in August before the summer ended. Camp sites are well maintained, and the lake water is so clear! So many fun trails and streams to explore near by the state park!

There is, the dump station in the north campground has potable water right at the station next to the non-potable water. Also there are ≈30 sites in the north side and likely more on the south side that have water and electricity hookups, but they are still the minority of RV sites available.
Yes have space for rv and trailer good place for 🏊
They are bad in the shade and there is one campground that you can see the glacier on the beach, it is horrible there. Recommend taking bug spray
North park has a camping site.
Yes
I'm not sure they have sewer but electric. If you go in a Washington State park's website you can look up what parks have full hook UPS
No sadly not,I wish there was
No entrance fee however you do need a Discover Pass (or I believe you can buy a day pass) to park.
There is a gift shop nearby that sells firewood and ice. In the south campground, there is a small camp convenience store as well. You can also go into Plain Leavenworth to go to Midway Village and Grocery or to the intersection of US-2/WA-207 where there is a gas station store.
First come, great place to weekend camp.
Yes there are groomed cross country ski trails at this location. There is a cost to park as it requires the snow park passes but no cost for using the trails beyond parking/use permits.
Hi Jon, This October continues to be very warm and our campgrounds filling on weekends. We may extend reservations into the third or fourth weekend at this rate. Meanwhile there are a dozen first-come, first-serve sites in both areas. Call the park for updates!
Yes
This past holiday weekend I saw a few bigger boats launch i think you should be ok
Yes, but store has business hours. Why would you need quarters at the beach?
They are open
No, there are kayak rentals, but no boat rentals. You can rent boats at fish Lake, and at make Chelan.
No.
We were in the South campground 3 weeks ago and our spot had no shade. If you are curious, you can check out the website and it lists each campsite individually. As far as mosquitoes, those of us who rubbed dryer sheets on our clothing had no bites, but my son who did not use the dryer sheets had bites. So the mosquitoes are out of there!
$32 for about 45-50 minutes forest walk. They offer several different times, lengths and the horses were well behaved. They take reservations so if you want to go longer than the short trip I'd recommend that. Conveniently located at the beginning of the south entrance of the park.
Yes they are.
Here is the reservation website :) https://washington.goingtocamp.com/
Convenience store food mostly they did have fresh coffee and espresso you also have a restaurant within 15 min driving distance from the campground area.
There is a playground next to the camp store/showers in the south campground
FCFS ends today, June 13th at Wenatchee State campgrounds.
There is the Nason Creek campground on the way to Lake Wenatchee. I believe some are reservable and some are FCFS. They are a short bike ride (1/4 mile) from Lake Wenatchee.
Yes south campground has all those things
Yes, campers can arrive till 10pm. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am and it would be good to arrive a bit early to setup.
You can do fishing from the shore. Or just 5 minutes away there is a private camp ground call Fish Lake Resort has deck fishing for $5/day. You can also rent their boats or platoon. We had a lot of fun doing just that.
You can buy wood
Not that I am aware of
$20 extra fee in addition to the Discover Pass.
