Great store nice shoe want there on Saturday before Easter. I found my daughter some for her dress. I went to pay for the shoe there were to left shoes. The white lady there said they are two left shoes. I said you can change it somehow it got mixed up. She said ok. Easter Morning my daughter get dress & open her shoes to put them on. The lady at the store never change them. No shoes for Easter

Wanted the match to a shoe. When my daughter asked for it the lady rudely answer "yes but I'll have to get it". We had waited until she wasn't helping anyone. Then she proceeded to help girl again and other employee came over and they both helped the same girl. The first employee didn't even ask the other to help us. I will NEVER go back. 10/29/21 around 6 pm.

If it's been less than 30 days you might not have a problem. I'd say it would depend on whether you were trying to exchange them or get a refund. Exchanging them is easier. Give the store a call and ask. If you get "no" for either, then go online and find out how to contact corporate or customer service.
We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order.
