They are extremely fast from responding to an on-line inquiry to repairing a device. Tracking your repair online can be a daunting task because when inquiring my repair status, the tracking would generate an incorrect result. So i suggest physically going into the location where your device is being repaired for the most up-to-date status of the device being repaired

We used this service as AT&T insurance suggested to repair a cracked screen and have done so before. The Asurion notice said no appointment needed for quick repair. Went to repair and was told no one present to repair unit. An appointment was made for Friday at 5. Went to get repaired and was told no repairs after 5. Now obviously frustrated with the incompetency of the staff and how this company provides service. When asked who made the appointment they were told the fat Mexican kid in back did. Was told to return another day only to be informed by the boy who fit the description decided to blacklist us so I assume he had his feelings hurt. Poor way to run a business. That weekend I personally went over and thought we hashed out the differences with an apology for the term used, which was denied, however phone was repaired. A garbled voice mail late that evening from Javon possibly was left on repaired voicemail explaining they will no longer service our account that I could gather while listening to several times. We want to let you know Javon at uBreakiFix that WE will no longer allow you to service the companies 11 devices. I strongly suggest avoiding this place.

Have a phone that was broken and they fixed it the same day. I recommend them to any one that have phones or electronic devices that don't want to throw away to go there to fix there broken devices they did a great job my phone is like new. Thank you management very professional.

The technicians here are very friendly and professional. Instead of charging me for an unnecessary repair, they simply cleaned out my charging port for zero cost. This am a very old school professionalism not normally seen today. Regardless of costs, I will only be taking my tech here.
