I think they do work on gaming systems but they are absolutely fantastic fixing smartphones I've had the screen replaced on my Note 5 6 times and if you buy the screen protector they offer for $50 if the screen breaks within a year it's only $10 to get it replaced so basically I've been getting my screen replaced for $60 everytime it gets cracked they do it in a couple hours usually if the parts are in stock and the people are just fantastic I'm in Woodbridge Virginia but I've been to two other locations and they also great

They're still open but the hours can reduce into earlier close out in some holidays. If if Federal Holidayslike Thanksgiving, Christmas, New year's day, they usually close.

Don't bring your phone to this place, I brought my iPhone with a broken screen, first they said it was repairable, than they said in needed to be restarted, than they said that it needed a new home button, than I received a phone call that it was unrepairable. When to pick up the phone and they had gave my supposedly broken phone to another person, I still haven't gotten my phone after 2 weeks.

They do a free diagnostic test to determine the problem and they'll fix it in store for you if they have the part if not they will order the part and if the part works you pay the cost of the part if not there is no charge to you. I just went last week.
