They were very rude and accused us of doing things we didn’t do. They are very rude and judging. There was a mess already there and they accused my children of making a mess when they didn’t. They came to me and they were very rude about the whole situation. I will not be buying any more shoes from them ever again

This is essentially the best place to buy shoes for selection and price. The problem you ask? The staff is either not fully trained or just don't know. A guy asked how he could see if a shoe is a wide on the box. The employee said look for a 4E. This is an Extra Wide, and. 2E is a Wide...which they have almost zero of. Also...THE AISLES!! Why is the center of the two middle aisles loaded with boxes??!!! You have 2 foot paths on either side of the boxes to walk. I had to just leave because there wasn't enough space for the 15 people trying to look. I know its a pain running to the back, but try to find another area for the extra boxes to be easily browsed without crowding the aisles with boxes.Major trip hazard.

I would like to give a shoutout to employees at the tifton store. Im so greatful for the service we were provided. I will definitely be coming back. I appreciate the help they provided me and my grandparents. I would like to thank one of the ast. managers ceilo for providing the best customer service experience, we loved the way she was patient, kind, caring and helped us in any way possible. Way to go. Love it and definitely will be coming back.

Okay I have to get these people thumb up they have great service the shoes are good quality and the returns if needed they are very helpful so yes I would give them a 5 this is the the fifth time I shopped at this store and I like this service

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order.
