We were having an issue with our washing machine and called Appliance Specialists - Robert came out within a couple of days and started working on the machine, but the machine was working fine - I still expected to pay a service fee but they didn't charge us anything, even though they were here for over a half hour. He told me what the problem/s might be if it came up again and to just give him a call if that happened. I've never had a repair company waive a service call fee - I'm still shocked! Will definitely call them again for appliance repair. THANK YOU!!
