We visited many assisted living places before deciding on Brookdale. It has turned out to be a great choice for my uncle. It’s a smaller community, close to amenities. All staff have been friendly and helpful, from Les helping me prepare my uncles room for move in, Joanne and Kerrie for all my questions and all other staff being personable and taking time and having attention for peoples personal needs here. Evening crew has been slightly less responsive, but Barbara is always there 🙏 I drop in at all times and days and I hear the staff make jokes and laugh with the inhabitants. They offer plenty activities and shuttle service to doctor visits and shopping. My uncle is happy here and feels safe and comfortable. That’s what matters most.
