Looks FANTASTIC inside and out. Until it’s nighttime and 98% of the “security amenities” don’t work. Constant Broken gate. Lights don’t work 90% of the time. Maintenance is absolutely GOD awful. Posting this from a friends account to prevent retaliation. Also who doesn’t love giving live directions because you CANNOT read 98% of building numbers. For the price we pay? This is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention dealing with constant break ins.

I have been a resident of the Reserve at Ormond for over 4 yrs. I cannot say enough about the great experience living at this establishment. Management is kind, always courteous, efficient and quick to respond. The maintenance team is Off the Charts! Fast, knowledgeable and very respectful of your home. I have a cat and they go above and beyond to ensure all is well coming & going. Tarin Yeakley is the sweetest! She listens & cares about your requests sincerely & ensures all is taken care of in a fast & timely manner. The property is safe, very well maintained and also has a gorgeous walking path. I give the Whole Team @ the Reserve at Ormond 5+ Stars! Thank You! You All provide Excellent Customer Service and have made this feel like my home!

The property was satisfactory, However I have been waiting for my return deposit for over 2 months. They have a Former Resident CAre business that handles this out of Arizona, so the people at Ormond say they have no part in this and can not help and won't discuss it. today with 4 calls and on hold for 24 minutes the first time ai got sent to a message machine with a 48 jhour potential call back. Three more attempts and no results, of which both ended in message machine after being put on hold. Former Care is not CARING at all.
