I had a consult that offered Baptist online, the nurse recommended go to ER. When I arrived I asked if they provided specific test and the customer service representative answer “yes”. They took the vitals signs and I saw the doctor who explained the test that I will have, minutes ago the insurance representative came and everything change after knowing I didn’t have insurance. They dismissed me soon without the test, only an X-ray (the only that was done before the insurance representative arrived). The doctor said “they said you can have the test at outpatient setting”. I received the bill from doctor, from X-ray and from the ER, only from the ER was around $1900 ( that’s for taken my vitals signs and setting me on the room). Are the sheets of the bed made with diamonds? But worst part is the feeling that they don’t care about patients. That is my 2nd bad experience on that ER.

Just a little Heads up in this place, directly with Dr. Tsai and the team who saw me during 6 hours complaining about being unable to breathe, if 5 results from blood work, have a flag, take a look, all alterations came to same conclusion and you said everything looked normal. People you took an oath and should know better, have some respect for people and do your freaking job, you are not doing it for free, so take the time to think.! And after they reply i write to them and guess what? They never replied back, only here so people think they care. This update if a week after the review.

I came to this hospital because my child broke his ear. After waiting almost two hours, the doctor did not practically attend to the child nor did he have the slightest delicacy. He arrived, he squeezed the ear with the same one, he left, I am not a doctor but the ear was known to be fractured, the idea was to check even the inside of the ear. But practically nothing was attended by the ufc referee with attitudes and everything.

CONGRATULATIONS to all the staff who attended me in the middle of last month in August, the front desk, the Dr., the PR nurse and the asthma therapist I RECOMMEND them. ALL WAS VERY GOOD. Inside the Waiting Room and Emergency Room, everything was very neat and clean. Great Emergency Hospital
