Grooming was great, unfortunately I can't say the same about Customer Service/Billing. When I dropped my two dogs off for grooming, I was pulled back into a room to discuss the dogs needed. What was told to me and what was actually given as far as vaccines go, wasn't the same. I came to pick the dogs up expecting around $140 bill, but I had to pay $385. I was told one dog didn't need any vaccines until April, but they administered it anyways and also charged $55 for an exam which I definitely wasn't informed about. $55 for the other dog as well. I spoke to the office manager and she did NOTHING. They've lost my business.

My first visit to this place was very sad, my 16 year old best friend's life ended here. Best Care Pet Hospital was very professional, personal and caring from the time I got there until I left. I wish I had visited under better circumstances. If you are looking for a vet I would recommend Best Care.
