TJ McNally and the members of the installation crew were friendly, professional, diligent, and punctual. As a result of the installation process, my freshly painted walls became damaged. TJ and the members of the installation crew provided full compensation for the damage and allowed my preferred painter to make the necessary repairs (after offering to hire a painter to perform the work). We were extremely skeptical when TJ McNally suggested we remove all existing tile and wood flooring (2000 sq.ft.) before laying new luxury vinyl but boy were we glad we took his advice. Both the demolition team and the installation team were great, minimal mess, minimal fuss, professional, courteous and did a splendid job. You might pay a little more, but we think it was worth it
