I called in on FRIDAY Alejandra made my appointment to look at at TWO BED TWO BATH!!!!!! This dummy had someone move into the Apt I was supposed to look at on MONDAY!! Not once did she call or email or text and inform me. I’ve wasted time and gas going there and she wants to show a video. As if wasting gas to look at a video I can see ONLINE IS COOL!! Do not waste your time!! They’re unprofessional as fuckkkkkk!!!!!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!

My car has been broken into 3 times now as I was outside waiting for police I learned that several of my neighbors not only cars but apartments were broken into! They are cutting the screens and coming in through the sliding doors while we are in the apartment this is so scary and unsafe I do not feel safe living here anymore! This is not the 1st time this has happened! And it won’t be the last. All the office says is “there’s nothing we can do” YES THERE IS!! Install cameras on every building hire a security officer to patrol at night! As much money as your residence pay here you can afford to do SOMETHING!! This is absolutely ridiculous!
