I went in with my girlfriend to have the battery checked (we suspected it was bad because the car wasn’t turning over smoothly) and the oil changed. Both services went well and no pressure was applied to get more expensive services. All of the options were offered but they let us decide what was right for us. Staff was friendly and never applied any sales pressure or belittle my girlfriend’s knowledge of her car, even when I wasn’t around. I’d happily use them again for preventative maintenance. Prices were fair and services were completed as we asked.

I called almost every department in this store at least 5 times for no answer. Then when I finally got through to someone, they just hung up right away.. Then, called again, only to find out that the auto care center doesn't even have a phone? Who was I calling for a good 20 minutes then? Why even have a phone number to call? THEN, whoever answered the phone did NOT want to even walk over to these auto care people to get them to talk on the phone for me.. Is it that hard to spend money here?
