What a great experience! I brought my car in with no appointment and Mike from Express got me in and out in no time. I never had a better experience at a dealership. Mike was so thorough and made me feel like I was the most important customer. You don't get this kind of smart customer service and professionalism very often anymore. Thanks Subaru of Daytona and Mike, I really appreciate the effort!

On September 21, 2022, I came to Subaru of Daytona - their Subaru Express Service Department for help regarding a warning light that came up in my car, letting me know that I had low tire pressure problems (I have a 2020 Forester). I was very concerned about what could be causing the problem. I met with the most lovely person by the name of Michael Maguire, Service Advisor, who quickly eased my anxiety over this issue and not only did he keep me informed while he had the Service Department check out all four tires, but he indeed found the cause for the warning light — it was a tire puncture and Mr. McGuire oversaw it promptly and it was repaired and patched in no time!! I love taking my business to this location, because I know that if there are issues with my car that need to be addressed that Mr. McGuire and the Service Staff will make sure that my car is running perfectly and that I can safely drive it!

I purchased a 2021 Subaru Ascent here last year. Thought I was making a smart choice so I wouldn’t be spending time with anticipated repairs on my old Honda with 300k. Boy, was I wrong! In the time since purchasing this vehicle, I have spent MANY hours of my life dealing with repairs. First it was the seat. Passenger seat would visibly shake a started making a constant rattle. Took these guys seven tries to get it right and replace all the seat parts. Several months later, the main console started not connecting to my phone, shutting off, and buzzing loudly without warning while I was driving before shutting off entirely. Again, many tries later I had a whole new head unit, harness, and God only knows what else. After the final repair to fix this issue, I noticed a brand new surprise when I picked my Ascent up. It now chimes loudly and incessantly whenever the car is off and the driver’s door is opened. It does not do this when the car is on, or for any other door being opened. That type of alarm might make sense for safety. Nope, just continuously chimes loudly whenever I have my door open to get in and out of the car. This gets particularly nerve wracking if I need to fuss with taking something else in or out, or wipe my feet off, etc. When I brought this up to them, I was told it is normal and all the Subarus do this. This is simply not true. I know because my mom has a Subaru Forester AND I have driven multiple loaner Subaru vehicles of different types from this dealership in my year long debacle thus far. None of those vehicles do this. Speaking to the service manager got me nowhere. When I brought up how inconvenient all this has been, they offered to make me a great deal on a 2022 Subaru Ascent! SMH. This place is ridiculous. I will never own a Subaru again.

Ray, if you know how, go through the vehicle maintenance menu. There are multiple settings and for every setting there is a date and miles until a service item is due. Oil , oil filter, tires just to name a few. Most likely one is due on time. Mike Master Subaru Tech Subaru of Daytona
