After going to 5 different places including a autozone in Casselberry this auto zone in longwood was the only place that helped me. They fixed a mistake there other location made and found out why my car was having starting issues. I ended up needing a brand new battery wich they replaced. There was a man that was so helpful I wish I could have gotten his name but he helped me so much and made sure the person installing the battery did it right. I will be coming to this location for now on.

Going into any auto store as a female is nerve wrecking, however, Bill was such a great help! Picked out a brand new battery with a 3 year warranty. Even changed out the battery in the rain. Thank you again Bill!

They are very friendly and courteous. Always helpful in making sure you get the right part. They will also run tests for a lot of issues to help try and diagnose the issue. Great staff.
