Never fails….order light ice and they practically fill it to the top with ice. It’s not just this location but 4/5 times I order it’s ridiculous. Maybe I need to ask for ice on the side 🤔

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a long time cause it’s right by my house but I finally decided to leave a review because this is the safe haven of all Starbucks. The entire staff is so lovely every time I go there I leave with my mood improved 500%. Not only are they pleasant to talk to and get your order to you quickly but the entire staff is full of lovely people who will compliment you and are just overall very kind. They could mess up my order completely and I wouldn’t even be upset cause they’re all so nice (they never have this is just for example). If I could give you guys 10 stars I would.

I have something to say about the barista with long brown hair (that usually has it tied up or in a hat), circular-ish glasses, and light brown mustache (you know who you are); He is so rude!!! Went through Drive-thru, ordered, and as I was getting close to home, I checked if my breakfast sandwich was right, and it was wrong. I turned back around to this location and he asked ‘What can I help you with?’ and I told him the details, and he didn’t even apologize, he just said ‘Okay, we’ll make you a new one’ & then stuck his hand out? and I said ‘I just had this sandwich in my possession. I can’t keep it? maybe give it to a homeless?’ and he literally said ‘We’re making you a new one, so i’m tossing this one.’ and I said ‘Every other location ever, has let me have the old one.’ and he said ‘Well, TECHNICALLY we’re supposed to throw it away…’ with such a firm tone. So I handed it to him and watched him literally toss food in the TRASH bin in front of me. Nasty customer service. Do not go here!!!
