I have lived at 1010 On The Lake for about two years now and have had nothing but a great experience! Not only is the apartment beautiful, but the maintenance and management staff is attentive, responsive, and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone. I am unfortunately moving out due to job relocation and they have been beyond helpful in walking me through the process and answering all of my questions. They have made this move so easy for me and I will miss this apartment dearly!

They say Location, Location, Location is everything when choosing a place to call home. 1010 on the Lake fits the bill! I am within 5 minutes of everything I need to be comfy and cozy and that includes a fantastic view of Lawrence Youngman Lake from my very own windows! Plus several walking trails to choose from right outside my apartment door. My little companion Fiona Fox and I love it here!

Beautiful property! Love living on a lake. Residents here are kind and friendly for the most part. Very clean property and quiet neighbors. Maintenance responds almost immediately with any issues which is a huge plus. My only complaint is my unit had long hairs on the floors and in the tub when I moved in. Other than that this is one of my favorite apartments!

A very nice complex. The apartment is well laid out, and efficient. They seem to be well insulated, and energy efficient. Management is very responsive when you contact them with an issue. The maintenance staff is responsive and does good work. The walking trails along the lake, boat dock, and access to the kayaks are very nice. Management recently replaced all of the barbecue grills, and that is a very nice feature.
