Management, please address: Experience was not representative of dozens of other visits at this and other locations. Apparently, this is under new ownership and differs from the other locations. I reported the issues with my most recent order but never received a response. So here you go… Rotten lettuce and extremely disappointing portions. I threw it all in the garbage. One of my wraps had 0.2 ounces of chicken.. Hopefully this isn’t the quality to be expected moving forward here. When I arrived at the store, 4 employees were just standing around. Finally, someone came to help. I was shocked as the customer service over the years had typically been excellent.

I'd never been to one of these. There's a lot on the menu and it was delicious! The Manager/Owner was extremely polite, patient and helpful! Very satisfied with this place! Will be back again

Stopped by Greenbelly Elkhorn yesterday and had my fave… Thai chicken lettuce wraps. So unique and tasty. Where do they find such great staff? So friendly and professional! Keep up the great work! I’ll be back soon :)

Salmon full salad was awesome! Would like it a bit more grilled but still great. Wasabi sauce was just right. Buffalo hummus was so great! Good flavor and nice pitas. End of the day it was all really fresh and super nice folks inside. 4 stars for a great place to get a quick and healthy bite.
