Ordered a 6oz Sirloin, and some fried pickles. I was astounded to see what was clearly not a 6oz sirloin on my plate. (I later found out the server misheard me and put in a 16oz Ribeye) the Steak was so phenomonally good and cooked to perfection, i didnt even mention the mistake to the server.

We love this place. During quarantine we ordered meals delivered. Great food. Since we are now eating out we decided to stop there for lunch. Very reasonable prices. We ordered chopped steak. There are two versions on the menu. Wow! Both were great. I don't recall ever saying wow for a chopped steak. (Angus, of course!) Great service, too. We'll definitely be back.

After waiting the hour or so on the wait list, I was really looking forward to this place! But, after being seated, things went downhill fast.. 1 hour and 5 minutes after we sat down our food FINALLY came to the table. The baked sweet potato was the smallest I have ever seen at a steakhouse.. Ribs had little sauce left on them because the majority of the sauce was burnt black on the ribs... The side of green beans were so heavily peppered, it was almost like having some green beans with my side of black cracked pepper.. Waiter only came by a couple times.. The ONLY positive was the steak.. Its was pretty good.. All in all, I say skip this place. And I rarely ever say that.. Get on the wait list at Texas Roadhouse. As of right now, you'll be better off.. Its not worth $100 for 3 here..

Made a reservation to celebrate my daughter’s naturalization. Our server was attentive & pleasant. The place is nicely designed midwestern style. The food is great, will be back 🥩😘👍🥂🎉

Angus is the breed of the cattle, so to be called Angus, all the meat has to be is from that breed. To get the Certified Angus Beef Brand, the meat needs to be either choice or prime quality from the Angus breed. Saltgrass's beef is Certified Angus Beef, which means that it's either of choice or prime quality.
