i ordered a chicken nugget meal. when i got my fries some of them weren’t even cooked and i found a big clump of black hair. my hair is blonde so it couldn’t have been mine. i couldn’t even finish my food.

I ordered a 20 price chicken nugget just now. When I ordered I asked for 2 of each sauce I requested. I was told OK! I was only given one of each so when I went through again you were going to charge me for them. Now I’m not upset that you charge for extras, but say it, don’t skimp me out like cowards and then be upset when I come back for them I asked for them and you refused to give me them or charge for them. Terrible customer service.

The main reason for their review is how impressed I was with how clean this McDonald’s was. Counters, floors, fountain drink area. I watched the manager wiping the counters down! Food was made quick as well.

I completed my order at the kiosk and went to the register to pay, no employees made eye contact, no employees acknowledged me in anyway for about 10 minutes (I remained the only customer) Finally someone asked if I was waiting for an order and then proceeded to tell me my order never went through. Maybe if McDonald's trained there employees to understand that it's the customers that make their paychecks possible then I might have been a repeat customer.
