I usually don’t leave reviews but my experience was exceptionally bad. I typically order on the app and choose to pick up through the drive-thru. When I went today, they told me “you have to get it inside, sweetie” in a condescending tone. I pulled around and waited for a bit so they could finish the order. When I went in to pick it up, my little brother and I were glared at and given attitude. When we got home, we realized that both of our orders were wrong. I work in food service and never in my life would I treat a customer that way, especially when they did nothing wrong. I will now go out of my way to choose a different location. All of these reviews have a common factor, and it’s the rude staff. I can only hope that someone in management takes action.

I called today to see if they were open and the African American lady answered with an attitude and said they were open and then hung up on me in the middle of me talking. When I called back to get my 2nd question answered and address the rudeness she started screaming at me. The manager made the excuse that it was a long day. How could Taco John's be so hard? There are NO EXCUSES FOR RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WHAT A DISGRACE!

The location at 168th is horrible they mess my order up EVERYTIME and leave stuff out of the bags.. poor leadership and employees at that location

Went to Taco Johns @ 168th and Dodge last night. Conner waited on us and was extremely friendly. Order came out quickly. Food was as ordered. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. It was nice to find a restaurant that was open for in-door seating.
