I love this place. Never takes long can call ahead. You watch everything in front of you. The cashier/order taker seems to always have a good greeting and personable. NEVER a complaint. However one FYI: your 1st time maybe a small order of fries( the cup gets LOADED!).

Why their burgers look like they were smashed. Every time I get my burger here… The meat was too dry not tasty … Not planning to go again for a long time lol

In Omaha our driver told us this was one of the best places to eat, so we came in. The cashier did not know how to explain the burger kept asking me if I wanted a little cheeseburger I told her I wanted the one that was $8. So when she rang it up my total came to $14 and some change for two burgers so then I just had her get the manager who fixed it. 🕵 Then we went to get our drinks- as it's one of the hottest weeks in Omaha this week having a heatwave and the ice machine doesn't work.👎 On top of that we came in here to get out of the Heat and it's extremely hot in here as well. Sweating while we eat. Then we get our burgers and my daughter shows me her Burger is mostly raw inside. So again I went to the manager -who immediately had them fix it AND refunded me the money for the one Burger. While the manager did what she could to make things right immediately, which I appreciate- 🕵👎 it was one thing after another being: hot inside, raw food, no ice, you get the picture. I was not impressed with Five Guys on our first visit. Not sure if it's this location or if it's all of them.

The burgers were juicey and a decent thickness, i love how they always seem to give in excess the fries which had great texture, though i can say their cajjun seasoning for them seemed a little bland, maybe a cajun salt combo would do...but overall very professional, and tasty.
