It's 2022 so all fast food chain are experiencing pandemic tasting food caused by fed up pandemic workers. I get it but it sucks for reviews. Side note: the fish in the new panko filet tastes like concrete covered rubber with pickles.

The food is consistently good. Only issue I’ve run into is timeliness I’m the drive thru. It’s not every time, but it’s happened a couple times that I’ll spend ten to fifteen minutes in a pretty short line. I’m enough of a nuisance to dock one star. They’re stellar on every other front.

Took forever in the drive thru. Considering they do not have their lobby open since COVID happened service should not take 30 minutes in a drive thru. Poor attitude at the window this franchise owner should consider selling to an owner that cares about customer service. Shame on this owner for not caring.
