Everyone at this location is extremely nice. My experience couldn't have been better. The woman who drew my blood( wish I remembered her name) was patient, polite, and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable.

They NEVER answer the phone. Even when your physicians office calls and leaves message.

I had a great experience giving blood at the Oneblood Center on Kennedy Blvd. Claudia and Jose were extremely friendly, concerned and conscientious about my health and how I was feeling during the process and after. Please consider donating Blood and use this center.

Very rude and disrespectful staff. Was not greeted at the door and one young female was quick to ask me if I was vaccinated before I even got in. I felt so uncomfortable answering the question after that they denied my donation, which I was confused after that.. I definitely would not be going there to donated again

They don't pay, from time to time they offer gift cards or movie ticket
I think it has more to do with your health and whether or not you have other contraindications
Most of the time you do get some money. It depends on the type of donation and their needs at the time. It's usually in the form of a gift card that you can activate 1-3 days after your donation. Plus you normally get a t-shirt or similar gift.
The Kennedy Donor Center's hours on Saturday is 7AM - 1PM. Appointment's are encouraged but walk-ins are welcome.
Appointments are recommended but they will take walk-ins if they are not too busy.
State or government issued identification. Same as for voting
Hi Emil, we are not a plasma center. The blood we collect is transfused to patients in hospitals and for this reason, we are unable to pay for donations. If your friend is interested in donating to save lives, it would be best if he contacted our donor advocacy team to discuss any medical conditions privately.
NO payout, except a t-shirt and sometimes a $10 gift card or voucher for a movie. And knowing you helped other people in need. You are looking for a plasma donor program, not OneBlood.
No payment for donations, but, they often offer incentives like a free movie pass or $10 gift cards.
However much you want to give, the more the better, but they won't drain you dry, lol
